Ektron End User Training program is geared towards content contributors who are
responsible for adding, editing and managing content. End Users will come away
with a solid understanding of the terms and concepts of Ektron. This program
concentrates on training users to manage content that is aligned with their
specific roles and responsibilities.
After completing the Ektron End

We recommend training be taken when the
site is at least 90% complete so that users can quickly put their new skill
sets to use. Too much time between training and real world use leaves room
for knowledge degradation.
The
Ektron End User Training is an exclusive 2 day engagement that will be
delivered by an Ektron Certified Instructor. This is a tailored training
based on your sites implementation. This training delivers the core
concepts of working with Ektron while introducing your users to the areas
of the site they will be responsible for managing. The End User Training
prepares your End Users to easily navigate your organizations Ektron based
site to add, edit and manage content effectively.
