Bill Rogers
CEO & Founder
Bill Rogers is Ektron's CEO and Founder.
Bill founded Ektron in 1998 with a vision to enable users to easily author and publish content on websites. He sparked a technology revolution with his first product eWebEditPro, and guided Ektron's journey become a market leader in Web content management. In his role as CEO, Bill sets the company’s strategic direction, aligns product development with his forward-looking vision for digital marketing, and is involved in all aspects of Ektron’s operations.
Prior to Ektron, Bill co-founded two other successful technology companies. At Global Telemedix, he led product development and spearheaded key strategic relationships with technical partners and investors, such as Hewlett Packard Medical Products. At Zydacron Inc., Bill conceptualized and executed product development initiatives and pursued strategic partnering efforts with major technology firms, such as IBM. Early in his career, Rogers worked on new technology development in DuPont Corporation’s desktop publishing group and at MIT Lincoln Labs.

Sean Lannan
CFO
Sean participates in overall corporate and financial strategic planning to support the company's growth.
Prior to joining Ektron, Sean was employed as Chief Financial Officer by BBN Technologies where he developed an ambitious five-year strategic plan and set up related initiatives to achieve it. At BBN, Lannan set aggressive performance targets and planning processes for a business that delivered substantial revenue growth during his tenure. Prior to BBN, Sean was senior vice president and treasurer at Polaroid Corporation where he led treasury, corporate finance and corporate development. He also has held related roles at Manufacturers' Services LTD, Telocity, Inc. and Lucent Technologies.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Yale University and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School.
Tim McKinnon
CTO
As CTO, Tim has responsibility for
Ektron's product innovation and technology strategy.
Tim joined Ektron from Oracle/Endeca,
where he served as the CTO and led Endeca's eBusiness
strategy. Prior to Oracle/Endeca, Tim held the chief
technologist role in the Digital Marketing Platform Group at
Microsoft, where he led strategy for Microsoft's search and web
content management initiatives. He joined Microsoft via the
acquisition of FAST Search & Transfer, where he spent 10 years
in a variety of engineering leadership roles.
Tim holds an MBA from Babson College

Neil Miller
SVP Worldwide Sales & Field Operations
Neil is responsible for all Ektron global sales and field operations.
Neil brings over 20 years of expertise and success in sales, field operations, sales management, alliances and channels to Ektron. Neil joined Ektron from HP / Autonomy, where he served as Vice President of Sales. Neil came to Autonomy through its acquisition of web content management pioneer, Interwoven. Prior to Interwoven, Neil held sales leadership roles at IntraLinks, Ernst & Young LLP, Computer Associates and Digital Equipment Corp.
Tom Wentworth
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Tom drives worldwide corporate and product marketing. Tom brings over 15 years experience in enterprise marketing and sales to Ektron.
Prior to joining Ektron, Tom was the Web Solutions Evangelist for HP / Autonomy, where he was responsible for guiding corporate strategy and growing enterprise customer relationships. Tom has previously held senior sales and marketing positions at Interwoven, IBM and Macromedia.

Benjamin Schilens
VP of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Ben is focused on driving and measuring key metrics throughout the organization to improve internal processes and growth.
Ben was promoted internally to lead operations after spending the previous 18 months managing Ektron Europe Limited’s operations throughout Europe, The Middle East, and Africa. Ben has over seven years experience in the web content and document management market.
Ben earned his B.A. from Boston University’s School of Management.
William Cava
Chief Evangelist
As Chief Evangelist, Bill brings his passion for internet technology, software architecture, and user-centric interface design to Ektron customers and developers.
Prior to joining Ektron, Cava served as a team leader and software architect at Lycos, one of the Internet's first search engines. There he led numerous high profile projects, including a large-scale distributed advertising content management system still used across well known sites such as Wired, Lycos, and Tripod.
As an undergraduate at University of Massachusetts Amherst, Bill pursued degrees in Computer Science, Italian Literature, and Fine Art, and is currently finishing a Master of Science in Computer Science from WPI. Mark Willson
SVP Enterprise Solutions
As the SVP Enterprise Solutions, Mark Willson leads the development of Ektron’s enterprise market strategy.
Mark has more than 20 years of leadership experience directing Web development strategies for some of the world’s largest digital marketing agencies. Most recently he served as the vice president of technology for iCrossing, ranked as one of the top five digital agencies by AdvertisingAge. During his time at iCrossing, Mark managed client projects for Dolby, GMAC, Chrysler Financial and Nike. Prior to joining iCrossing, Mark spent 6 years with DuPont in Systems and Application Management, and held the position of chief technology officer at CIBER, Inc.
Mark holds a BS in Computer Science from Penn State University.
Christopher Crombie
VP of Global Sales Operations
As Vice President of Global Sales Operations for Ektron, Chris is responsible for the sales operations and processes across Ektron's global offices.
Chris brings to Ektron a 10 year background in the high technology, business to business environment. He has experience in business management, sales, marketing and customer service. His experience in the LCMS and CMS industries spans more then 10 years. Before joining Ektron, Chris was the Director of Sales for New York based company, Vuepoint Corporation where he increased sales 200% in less than 2 years and helped secure over $11M in venture capital money. He is responsible for the global sales operations of Ektron’s domestic and international offices.
Chris earned his B.A. in Communications and Criminal Justice from the University of New Hampshire.
Brian Fanny
VP of Client Services, North America
Brian heads Ektron's professional services organization in North America.
Joining Ektron in 1999, Brian has served in many areas of the company. With over 14 years of industry experience in the software field, he has a diversified skillset ranging from an array of web based technologies, financial applications, and telecommunications technologies.
Brian holds a degree in computer science from Manchester Technical College as well as several certifications relating to software tools and quality assurance.
Len Gilsenberg
VP of Channel and Alliances
As Vice President of Channel and Alliances, Len is responsible for building world-class partnerships with digital agencies, SI's, and ISV's.
Before joining Ektron, Len served as
the Director of Strategic Alliances at EMC where he developed a
Global Alliance Team and drove solution creation, and previously
held the role of the Director of Digital Asset Management at
Documentum prior to it being acquired by EMC. Len brings 20 years
of experience of alliance development and joint solution creation,
building upon partner success.
Len holds a Computer Science degree
from the State University of New York.
Erick Mott
VP, Global Community Practice
Erick is responsible for Ektron’s Global Community Practice to choreograph public relations, social media, thought leadership and community hub initiatives for Ektron customers, partners, and developers.
Erick brings 20+ years of results to Ektron with prior innovation, marketing and communications leadership roles at Sitecore, Lyris, Nokia, Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Philips Electronics, CBS television and two of his own startups; he is a patent holder.

Alpesh Patel
VP of Engineering
As the Vice President of Engineering, Alpesh is responsible for Ektron’s day to day engineering operations.
Alpesh joined Ektron in 2000 as a Software Engineer and was instrumental in implementing eWebEditPro, Ektron’s ground breaking web-based HTML editor. He is actively involved in the OASIS CMIS and WEMI standards groups.

Chris Rogers
VP, Ektron Asia-Pacific
Chris Rogers joined Ektron in May 2002. He functions as the General Manager of Ektron APAC, where he manages business operations and serves as the Senior Executive for the Ektron Australia Office.
Chris previously served as Ektron's Vice President of Vertical Strategies where he was responsible for aligning Ektron’s solutions to the specific needs of organizations across multiple vertical markets. Prior to his role at Ektron, Chris served as a Program Manager at Enterasys Networks. Chris’ previous positions have included Senior Solutions Architect for Global Network Technology Services (GNTS) and co-owner/CEO of Brac Solutions, a security consulting company founded in Manchester, New Hampshire, which was sold to GNTS in March 2001.
Chris holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the Nova Scotia Institute of Technology, Canada.
David Ryan
Managing Director, Ektron EMEA
As Managing Director for Ektron operations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa, David is focused on supporting and expanding the Ektron client and partner communities in Europe.
David was promoted internally to lead the EMEA operations after spending the previous 14 months as the Director of Services for Ektron EMEA. David has over 15 years in print and web technology with over nine years experience in content and document management and customer experience management.
Prior to joining Ektron, David was the professional services manager for OpenText, where he was responsible for building the Professional Services practice. Working with organisations ranging from FTSE 100 and International Blue Chip companies, SME's, Central Government bodies, to local borough and county councils; universities and charities, David has a wealth of experience with Ektron customers and partners of all sizes and missions.
Kevin McCloskey
Managing Director, Ektron Canada
Kevin serves as General Manager of Ektron Canada, where he leads business operations and serves as the Senior Executive for the Canadian Office. Kevin brings 15 years of experience in software sales and professional services, with a focus on providing his clients with Web content management solutions that ensure the success of their objectives.
Prior to joining Ektron, Kevin was the Director, onDemand Consulting with Momentum Advanced Solutions (formerly OnX Enterprise Solutions) where he was responsible for building a Professional Services practice focused on providing Enterprise Web content management and custom Application development solutions.
Kevin earned his B.A. from Carleton University located in Ottawa, Ontario.
